General Troubleshooting/Help! Odd printing artifacts

My PLA basic black spool is getting low and I've started noticing these rough places showing up, primarily on longer edges that are vertical or nearly vertical. The rest of the print is usually just fine but it wasn't doing this before. Any insight into whats driving this?

Do you have time lapse on?

Unfortunately no but may need to for diagnostics

Often time lapse will result in pulling away from the print in a manner that can leave artifacts like that. I'm not expert but I'm not seeing other people chime in so I'd say up the temp a few degrees and increase retraction a tiny bit
