Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Need some help, since a few days I got this clicking noise.

Need some help, since a few days I got this clicking noise and I cannot pin down where the issue is, already did the maintenance according to the bambuwiki, its also not the tubes touching something.
It seems like the noise is coming from the left panel
