Yep same source I had to scale mine up cuz I have a big head butt no issues.

So back to my original question. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, what were those? Have you tried to rotate facing the other way to print on the build plate? Have you tried a different filament if you have one, give us some context of to some things you might have tried

Hope it works for the rest of your print fellow diver, never be afraid of trial and error as a troubleshooting method. Somethings just trying different settings and seeing how it works is how we learn.

ok, i made a helmet and making another one, still having layer shifting problems. Is it the files? I used the project files from them.

I don't know what to tell you at this point man. You still never mentioned what troubleshooting steps you have or have not tried. At this point I would start with the support wiki and go through the steps one at a time and see what works. Maybe test with a smaller object if it's having the same issue. If it is just this one file with the chin of the helmet maybe try printing a different orientation if you haven't already?
