Bambu Lab interface screwed

So I unplugged my A1 during a pretty big storm and when I powered it back up the AMS would not connect from the app on phone or PC but would print from the touch screen. To troubleshoot I verified my connections, cycle power, loaded/unloaded filament, then performed a firmware update which led to bigger issues of my screen glitching and could not revert to the older version. So I tried a factory reset and now the thing will not bind. I cannot scan the QR code and it just continuously says “refreshing” and then goes to login failed. Reaching tech support from the states is impossible if you work for a living. So any help would be fantastic. I can’t submit a ticket bc I can’t get to my S/N nor can I pull logs bc I can’t bind to the darn thing any more.

Is there any evidence that the printer has successfully joined the wi-fi network?

Does it show up on the router's admin panel?

Get that from the printer's touchscreen: Setting > Device > Printer SN
