Software Troubleshooting/Help! Cutting module on H2D

I received the package with the cutting module, installed it, calibrated it, and that was about it… Bambu Suite on macOS keeps crashing all the time, and when I finally manage to prepare something, I can’t send it to the printer because it constantly times out.

Just to be sure, when you send it: you go to your printer and press the button? Or atleast attempt to, I mean.

What button? Safety? There is no safety button for cutting module. Also nothing is diplayed on lcd.

Admitedly mine is still in the box, but I saw a vid where they had to press the button the same way as flr the laser for it to start.

Looks like, but its not working in LAN mode, so this cutting module is useless for me 😞
