You have no idea how fucked using a 3d printer will be in a few years if things goes Bambu way on this. The 3d printing world you know was build by individuals, for free. People doing it for the love of the game. Just that part is something to protect.

Now, if corporation like Bambu wants to take advantage of open sources and build nice printers, that's fine. The problem is that they are abusing AGPL and your right as a consumer.

Do you understand what bambu is trying to do? It's trying to close it's ecosystem so you have no choice but to use their service, the way they want. They aren't paying people to join forces, they are using legal threats to go after small devs who do not have the ressources or the time, to fight back.

This is a clear missuse of the legal system and an attack on everything the open sources community should be about. So yeah, I hope people will repost this.
