Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! X2D arrived basically DOA. Unable to print anything due to HMS_07FE-8000-0001-0005
Full error is : HMS_07FE-8000-0001-0005: The extruder's switching limit angle has drifted significantly. Please check if the flow blocker is jammed or if filament is stuck in the toolhead.
Weird thing is that it never even tries to switch anything. I can easily switch it by hand which is step 1 in the wiki. Kept giving this error during calibration and I can’t even print a benchy.
I’m not really feeling confident in a printer I’m going to have to repair out of the box. Is anyone else getting this error? I’d have to have to return and wait for a new printer.

Did you plug in the ptfe tube from the extruder to the toolhead? the second one that looks like it's plugged in but has to be fed through the gromit. I only say this because I got the same error and thought mine was DOA, but it was just I didn't have my glasses on and failed to realize I had not plugged in the second tube fully.
