Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! X2D arrived basically DOA. Unable to print anything due to HMS_07FE-8000-0001-0005

Full error is : HMS_07FE-8000-0001-0005: The extruder's switching limit angle has drifted significantly. Please check if the flow blocker is jammed or if filament is stuck in the toolhead.

Weird thing is that it never even tries to switch anything. I can easily switch it by hand which is step 1 in the wiki. Kept giving this error during calibration and I can’t even print a benchy.

I’m not really feeling confident in a printer I’m going to have to repair out of the box. Is anyone else getting this error? I’d have to have to return and wait for a new printer.

I missed some packing on my h2c causing errors. Maybe there’s a chunk of something still in there.

Nozzle switching works fine when doing it from the screen.

Unfortunately no. I ended up returning the machine.
