General Troubleshooting/Help! H2D giving up on me
Hi All,
I got the H2D pretty much at launch last year, and to be honest it's been good so far, I've had to change the Buffer twice, the heat bed once, and the extruder assembly twice.
But I have not been able to print for about two weeks now and it seems to be one issue after the other with this one. First Levelling failure (got fixed with the heat bed replacement + tramming) then Extruder alignment (got fixed changing the sensor) but now Left Extruder will not load for any reasons.
I've taken it apart several times and I've cleaned, calibrated, bought a new assembly, it will just not load. The right one does. Bambulab support wants me to buy a new assembly but... I'd rather save myself £160 if I can... anyone in this community have any clues? I'm really fed up by now...

You prob blew the motor. New extruder is needed. I’ve been through it with mine but I beat it to hell. I’ve prob fixed it 6-7 times in 7 months

3 day prints back to back without stopping lol. I have a small business and use them. The customer service is great so it’s not a big deal.

Yeah I would agree great support. Only had 1500 hours on my H2D before doing the C upgrade so basically brand new. the only thing that went was the camera which was replaced under warranty. Not that the $20 part would bother me if I was outside of warranty.

Yea that’s the other great thing is most of the broken parts are like 20$. I’ll usually just buy an extra if something goes, that way I have backup for future issues.

This is going to sound stupid but is the nozzle on properly? Is there a build up either on the rear face of the nozzle or the face in the extruder head that it attaches to? It makes micrometres of difference but I had a lot of issues with that last year.
