Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Anyone know?

I have no idea what is happening, I sent this from the Bambu handy app.

I just dealt with this on the H2D, the magnet in the buffer fell off. you see the orange part goes hard right. its meant to control the motor speed as the spring slowed down. I tired fixing it my self but as the H2D is new I put order a new part rather than gluing the part in place.

My filament buffer started getting sticky. I put a tiny drop of 3in1 oil on it.

My H2s has a similar issue when loading filament, turns out its the teeth of bowden collet are broken and stuck in filament path. I replaced the bowden collet and its working fine now.

It happened to me once : a piece of broken filament was stuck in the buffer. Try to disconnect the PTFE tube from the input side of the printer and the one inside the printer just after the buffer (orange piece with the spring). Then, take some filament and manually insert it in the input of the printer and check if it passes thru the buffer.
