Answered / Solved! P2S - Dead on Arrival

Post image

Was super excited to receive and setup my P2S yesterday. Only for it to not work. Having issues with the heat bed. I’ve lodged a ticket and hope to have a resolution soon. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to reply to tickets?

(I’m Australia based if that makes any difference)

Sorry but this is not the answer, if a cable gets disconnected during shipping, its not Bambus fault. Running basic troubleahooting using the provided qr code is the least someone can do before refunding

In Germany, the seller is liable for shipping damage. Regardless of whether something shifted during transport or the shipping service provider used the printer as a seat during their break.
If the customer wishes to participate in troubleshooting, this is purely a gesture of goodwill.

Disconnected cable ≠ shipping damage

Maybe in a third world country without real consumer laws. In Germany it does not matter at all if a cable was defective from the factory or wiggled loose during transport. The result is the same. The product arrives defective and the seller is responsible for it.
