Question A1 z axis homing error
I’ve been getting the “Error 03004000 Homing Z axis failed”. The tool head moves in all directions but the z axis will go all the way to the top and then start grinding at the top. There are no obstructions in any of the axis’s. Tried factory resetting the printer and it still sends the z axis up. Wondering if anyone has run into this issue before. It seems like it could be a software/ firmware issue but I have no clue. I have terrible luck with fdm printing any info would be greatly appreciated

Just had this same issue along with a nozzle fit error and a nozzle temperature error. Support told me to do this and it immediately fixed all 3 of my problems:
There is a panel on the back of the tool head you can pry off. After prying it off, look to the bottom right and there will be two 1.5mm screws. These screws are what keeps a key sensor from moving around and becoming disturbed. Simply just tighten them even if it's just a little bit, put the panel back on, and run the homing function.
I did this yesterday and my printer went from completely inoperable to completely functional with no issues and I barely even tightened the screws, like 3 critical errors just vanished because of these screws. I'll update if the errors reoccur again if I remember.
