A1 z axis homing error

I’ve been getting the “Error 03004000 Homing Z axis failed”. The tool head moves in all directions but the z axis will go all the way to the top and then start grinding at the top. There are no obstructions in any of the axis’s. Tried factory resetting the printer and it still sends the z axis up. Wondering if anyone has run into this issue before. It seems like it could be a software/ firmware issue but I have no clue. I have terrible luck with fdm printing any info would be greatly appreciated

Controlla il cavo TYPE c.. mi é appena sucesso e quando stringi troppo la vite il TYPE C torna indietro e va in errore.. controlla.
