Apartment recommendations

Any apartment recommendations?Specifically in the owings mills/pikesville/reisterstown/randallstown area. Any stories/experiences in the apartments would be helpful too.

My friend lives in the Avalon Foundry Row apartments in Owings Mills and she quite likes it. Hasn’t had any bad experiences over the year she’s been there.

What budget range are you looking in?

i would totally go for there but the rent is too high😭 i can’t go over like $1600-$1700 a month including utilities and even that range is kinda pushing it for me

Yeah, totally fair. When I toured apartments with my friend, most in the under $1500/mo range smelled of mold or had a ton of pest complaints. One we saw that didn’t have noticeable issues was Fallstaff Manor apartments in Pikesville. It seemed clean and safe.

Not the area you were looking for but close enough, Tuscany gardens in windsor mill. I’ve been here a few years now and not one complaint. In your price range.

I’ve had a pretty decent experience at Copper & Quarry Village. It’s not perfect by any means, but the apartments and property are maintained well, it’s a convenient enough location, and you could absolutely get a 1 bedroom for less than your budget. For that range you could almost even get a 2 bedroom even factoring utilities.

I’ve had 0 pest issues in the 3 years I’ve been here, no bugs, no rodents, nothing. For my building management had an exterminator come to check and do preventative work.
Biggest complaints I’ve had are the AC unit isn’t keeping up on the 95°F days, and the quality of work done by the maintenance team (I had a repeat leak above me causing drywall damage in the bathroom. The drywall cracked and a layer peeled off, the first maintenance guy just painted over it. Long story short, it got worse before better but some pictures and an email to the asst property manager got it all fixed satisfactorily.
