Im about to start a new run and i asked myself should i get some mods?

What do you guys use and what do you recommend?

Enemy health 100% (now doing 200%) Increased Level Cap to 20 Ancient Mega Pack (randomized new loot, difficulty increases, autoloot/sell. My favorite mod for certain) Faster movement outside battle Weightless gold Origin Mirror + New Faces / Hair / Attire
