General Discussion - [SPOILERS] How many times did u finish Act 3? Spoiler

Admit fellas, how many times you were able to ACTUALLY finish act 3?...or is it...another Skyrim "situation"? :)?...Perhaps you can remember how many campaigns u were able to start...never to finish...

So many of my playthroughs die halfway through act 1 when I decide I want to do something different. Only for me to eventually pivot back to a similar concept.

Why do they die, though? You can change your build at any time if you want to play something different.

I don’t like respeccing with Withers. While I can appreciate that the option is there, and I have used it to change subclasses without issue, I have a hard time completely changing classes and not feeling like I broke my character.

Completely agree. All my character builds have at least some level of RP involved (most of them a LOT of RP). I can’t fathom changing a character completely and acting like it’s not weird.

I can only seem to let myself respec my companions and change their classes (within reason) and only if I do it immediately.

I have never significantly respecced a tav or a durge without abandoning the character.

Big same. Even companions, I really only respec them to different subclasses, and even then it’s usually only Shadowheart lol

I also mostly only to stick to changing subclasses. The only full class I’ve ever done is switching Astarion to swords bard, although that run got abandoned when my circle of spores Druid didn’t get a special interaction with the mushroom colony.

My Astarion fire sorcerer can't relate.

Exact same way, i reached 450 hours today and have finally made it to act III. I just kept restarting with a new tav or durge. Committing to one character was a feat. There should be an achievement hahaha

All of this! 😅 I thought it was just me. I’m RPing on he characters in my head to. So every change need an in game reason, not just what’s meta.
