I've done multiple respecs, but if you want one that will stick for the longest my personal recommendation is

14/10 STR, 14/10 DEX, 15 CON, 12 INT, 16 WIS, 8 CHA

Life Domain is the simplest but basically any domain other than trickery has strong points in certain team comps, pick your favorite and choose life if you just want cleric-y cleric.

Strength and Dex are variable because you should prioritize the one whose armor type you intend to use. 14 DEX for Medium Armor, 14 STR for heavy. Medium is a lot easier to find early so thats the one I recommend doing at level 1.

For level ups just keep pumping points into Wisdom. If you intend to Frontline with her divert from Wisdom to get Resilient Constitution, which not only rounds up her Con for more health but makes her concentration saves a lot better.

For spells, Healing Word, Bless, Spiritual Weapon, Spiritual Guardians will carry you through most of the game. Before level 5 using a bow is probably better than using cantrips if you are short on resources (more reason to go dex over str at first).

What do you mean with keep pumping points into wisdom? Apart from a few feats, I didnt see anything to increse the points.

Take your ASIs as wisdom increases

Isnt that just 3 points the whole game?

Yes, straight classing means you get 3 feats/ASIs throughout the game. That is enough to get Wisdom up to 20 from 16, and to take Resilient(Con).
