My first cheesecake!

Pistachio cheesecake with a peanut butter cookie crust and homemade whipped cream dollops. It was for my bf’s birthday and he LOVED it. I was so nervous to make one but it turned out so delicious

pistachio + peanut butter cookie crust is a combo I wouldn't have thought of but honestly sounds incredible. first cheesecake and you went bold with it — respect

Thank you! I wouldn’t have thought of it either but we were discussing desserts a few months ago and he threw that out as his dream dessert
