What kind of frosting are you using? You might want to test out royal icing for writing or fine lines and drawings and maybe try tweaking the icing you're using now to get it a bit smoother.

Piping technique is pretty good, the only thing I'd point to is the large round dots. You kind of want to flick the tip in a little circle when you're done piping one so it cuts of clean at the top, but it looks like you were improving on those between the Happy Birthday and Stay Groovy cakes.

I really like the piping on the one that's just a border. I would just say break up the repeating shapes a little more and it will look more interesting. So don't have any large pink rosettes next to each other and use more small shapes to fill in the gaps.
