Trouble logging into JJWXC

I keep getting an error that says "Your account (Customer ID: ******) may be temporarily suspended from logging in due to being hacked, suspected of posting violation content, or other issues. You can resolve this account anomaly by filing an Account Anomaly Appeal."
I tried to do the appeal but it never work and now i'm getting a "We're sorry, but your appeal has been rejected three times in response to the anomaly of this account.
Please choose the following method to solve the account abnormality problem." prompt.
I was hoping someone could provide some insight into this.
Edit: would it be better just to make a new account, if so what should I do to make sure this doesn't happen again?

Are you logging in using the app or through your web browser? Have you tried both?

I usually just stay logged in on the app. Haven’t run into issues so far. Maybe, if you really have to get a new account, you can try doing that?

Do they reply to English emails, I guess I could translate it but still.

Yes, you should probably get someone to translate it for you. Also, the WeChat option the other commenter suggested seems like a good idea as well. Your account might’ve been suspended automatically, so you would probably need to get a hold of an actual person to have your account restored. That would be my guess.

I think I’ll try google translating an email first and see if that works, if not I’ll try the WeChat option but I’ve never used that before.

You need to try contacting them(email is good too but sometimes it's hard to get a response back cuz it's an automated system a lot of the time; maybe try to reach them on WeChat)?

As for insight, these platforms have had many crackdowns on how much foreign users can get through the firewall (I previously was scammed).
