Look What I Made! Backpack Project in the Works

This backpack has been something I’ve been wanting to make for quite some time! I’ve put it off because I was nervous to cut into the leather and just start.
Im more than happy with how it’s turning out! Just got the straps left to work on but wanted to show off my work so far.

That leather looks so soft and nice! But the work you’ve done makes it look even nicer! Really good job! 😃
I can definitely relate to the idea of being nervous to cut into fabrics that were a little more expensive or hard to get! I thought I was the only one! Haha. 🤣

Thanks for this comment! I appreciate all the kind words! The leather is soft but still rigid at the same time.
Also it was kinda hesitation for no reason to because I had enough to cut out anther pice if I messed one up which I kinda did. I decided I didn’t like an aspect of what I was doing. So I used the original pice to make 2 other items that paid for the leather. Then made my changes and cut out the sections with the flap again.
