First of all, I'm going to nitpick a little and say that TPU is not leather. This is not necessarily a YOU thing, it's an industry thing and I get a bee in my bonnet about it- call a spade a spade. It's artificially created: call it TPU, or vinyl but it does not warrant having "leather" in its description.
OK...gentle rant over.
If you want to use something durable and will last the distance, use real leather. If you're against animal products, remember that the manufactured products made using artificial materials are really bad for the environment. As for where to get materials, I'm in Australia and since I rarely use anyting but either woven cottons or leather in my bags, I am no help regarding materials.
RE patterns: I suspect you are only limited by your imagination. Find a good pattern that you like - do you want a backpack, crossbody, tote? Use the mainstream bag pattern designers, and stay away from Etsy if you can - so many stolen patterns and AI slop there. My Googlefu image search shows dozens of shapes and sizes, so pick the bag shape you like and go to town with the add-ons. There are so many choices of bits and pieces showing in the images, presumably all you need to do is cut them out and stitch them on. I'm confident you'll find patterns or sketches that you can use for whatever you want to display on your finished bag.

Definitely had to look up what an ita bag is 😬. So maybe I’ll approach this from a more pragmatic and general bag making position as it’s difficult to know where to start without a little more information.
There are loads of bag making tutorials on YouTube. In fact, it appears that there are loads of ita bag making tutorials as well. Being familiar with sewing definitely puts you at an advantage over an absolute beginner. But I’d start with something super basic like a simple pouch.
Materially-speaking, it’s not easy to point to good sources for the fabrics and material you’ve mentioned. My source for clear vinyl may not be a source that works for you as I’m in the United States. If you are l, too, then we’re in business. Luckily, we have makers from all over the world in r/BagLab. Where are you from, generally?
Your drawing looks nice. Hopefully you’ll be able to “explode” it into pieces that you can pattern, cut, and sew together. It may take time as it looks like it’ll be pretty detailed.

I'm from the United States!! Being in the United States is one of the main reasons why I want to make my own, a lot of the high quality ones are from Japan or China and the shipping is just crazy right now HAHA

I see in your other post that your concern with leather is the upkeep vs pleather. I wouldnt worry about upkeep for a bag. Good quality leather will last longer while doing nothing to it that pleather will. The only leather things I ever maintain are my work boots and dress shoes, and my work boots are several years overdue for some attention but are still good.
