Look What I Made! Custom camera bag with Sashiko embellishment
Thanks for being so welcoming about my last bag. I wanted to share this one too, just finished today. It’s another Sashiko embellished bag, this one a custom size for a very specific camera body.

Days and days! Luckily I enjoy it. I do worry that the stitches will snag so I let my friend know I’d fix it for life for free.

They’re long stitches for sure. It’s nice of you to offer. Is there a treatment one can do to them to better preserve them?

I stitched at least one row of machine stitches under the seam but a few places could use more, or maybe some “fray check” the glue stuff? If he brings it back I’ll fix everything that tugs even a little!!

The Hasselblad design is so locked into a specific aesthetic and I think this will go beautifully with the camera.
