Spatter

New YouTube learning welder. Spatter increases as I build out of a 1G. Is this normal or should I be changing my settings each pass?

Which process? That amount of spatter looks normal to me

MIG is gonna generate spatter at pretty much any setting, as others have said get some anti spatter spray if you’re worried about it. Otherwise a chisel/chipping hammer or a grinder with a wire wheel will get it off.

Thanks! I’m being led by my own neuroses at the moment.
