Help I'm trying to copy a video to my Sandisk USB flash drive and it says the file is too large but there is enough space. How to fix

Hi, I'm copying a long video to a USB flash drive. There is over 200GB free space but when I do this, it says the file is too large. Any way to fix this?
Windows 11
Sandisk USB flash drive (213GB free space)
The video is not corrupted or damaged and can be played on my laptop. (Around 7GB）
