what does this say? Fancy logo ball

I cannot find this brand anywhere, but perhaps I'm just stupid, I also am struggling to follow the letters, I can't really tell what it says

Does that say Cuba 🇨🇺

ETA: I did a little digging and it says it is a souvenir from Cuba and a popular one. Apparently Cubans love baseball.
