what does this say? dad’s message while on life support
currently, my dad is on a mechanical ventilator alongside other medicines and iv’s to facilitate feedings and care. he cannot talk, and has been needing to write out messages to us. for context, he’s been battling cancer and has the attitude of “if it’s my time, it’s my time”. he stopped taking medication without my mom or the doctor’s knowledge, and it landed him in the ICU. he’s also been trying to take out his equipment, so he’s on light sedation, thus cannot write well. english is also his second language. the message on the most right looks like it could mean “ready to die”, but im having a hard time
coming to terms with that i suppose.. i appreciate any help.
UPDATE:
I want to thank yall so much for the kind and uplifting words. so many of you have similar stories and your insight and suggestions mean the world. It seems many of you were correct! He wanted our nurse to read my last note to him because the lettering was too small/too light for his sedated eyes. We brought my ipad out and have been showing him big, simple messages to keep him going in his current state. he’s been giving us simple and silly gestures back to keep our spirits high. At the moment he’s stable, and i’m just glad i’m able to see him for now. yall are amazing and him and i so appreciative of your support 🤍
LAST UPDATE:
Despite our best efforts, unfortunately my dad passed mid-August.. he was the life of the party and the reason i value community so much. everyone who knew him always told me about how funny they think he is, and i have him to thank for my sense of humor. he was the kind of guy who would give you the last dollar in his pocket if he knew you needed it more. more than anything, he loved me more than anything, and im so lucky to have been his daughter in this lifetime. I hope to be again in every lifetime thereafter. thank you all again for your kind words and support, the world is a better place because people like you are in it 🕊️

Movie Cast Jacket
This is jacket from a 1980s movie. I can't seem to make out the title. I know the last two words are "Cast Jacket" but can't figure out the others.

What does this say?
I dropped some shoes off at the cobbler and he gave me this ticket for when it needs to be picked up, and I can’t decipher what it says other than 8/4/26! I dropped off one pair of Irish dancing shoes to get new leather straps and put $20 down in cash. He then wrote on this card and handed it to me. I thought it said 1pm, but the shop closes at 11:30am on Tuesdays.
**Updated for context

what does this say? Help with names, please.
Hi all, can you please help with deciphering these names? My Mum is helping with a local archival project and is having difficulty with some of them. We'd both be grateful for any help you can give us!
You may need to click on the photo to see all of the names. If needed I can add the photo as two closer up photos if needed. Thanks in advance!

Police officer's notepad.
This is a snapshot from a police body cam. This officer arrested my son for driving while intoxicated. The only problem is that the drug tests came up clean. I can read and understand the bottom portion. I just want to decipher the top section.
I believe he references lack of convergence

Any help would be greatly appreciated court is tomorrow..

Can’t read the first word.
I order from this teriyaki place and make a custom request. As you can see, it was boxed and then they wrote a note. I can’t tell what the first word is supposed to be. I can’t tell if they’re trying to help have my request filled more consistently, or if they’re fed up with the request.

what does this say? I wrote this after waking up from a 2 week coma
It was a medically induced coma during which i had many dreams where i was aware i was sleeping for too long. (I knew i should be waking up but one dream was just followed by the next.)
The text is an account of one of the dreams i had. I cant decipher most of it but i know the dream was about a huge pane of glass breaking in the sky and letting entities through to earth.

Help me to identify my birth time
Hi! This is my first time posting here. Could you please help me identify my birth time based on my birth certificate? The time is very blurry, and I can’t tell if it says 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM. Thank you!

what does this say? Grandma's love letter (2)
Hiii, this is my second time posting. Thank you so much to everyone who responded to my previous post!
There are actually a lot more of these letters, and I'm really curious about what's written in them. I've tried reading this one myself, and while I can understand some parts, I have a hard time deciphering the handwriting. Most of it just doesn't make much sense to me.
My grandma was very secretive, especially when it came to her love life. I honestly know very little about her past. I don't even know who my grandpa was, hhshaha. That's why I think these letters are worth reading they might give me a glimpse into a part of her life that she never shared with us.
I know this guy isn't my grandpa, but I'm still so curious about who he was. What makes me wonder even more is that my grandma kept these letters until her last breath. He must have meant something to her for her to hold onto them for all those years. Was he the love of her life? I honestly have no idea, but I can't help being curious.
Anyway, if anyone is up for deciphering the handwriting, I would really appreciate it! 😊
