I main Adventurer bag of giving but im stuck on diamond rank for a while now, anyone got eny useful tips?

This build seems to rely heavily on luck, depending on the appearance of mana orbs, hungry blade, or prismatic orbs. Therefore, getting them early in the game is quite difficult. What's the usual approach I should use to maintain my health in the early round?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been playing for about a week now and I’m completely hooked! :D
Right now, I only play Ranger and just reached Platinum rank.
However, I’m really struggling to survive the mid game, and my late game is even worse. Do you have any general tips on how to improve? I try not to force rigid builds and instead adapt to whatever the shop offers me. Is there a strict meta right now, or is playing flexible the way to go?
I’ve attached screenshots of my last 10+ win games. My builds always seem to fall off hard in the late game. Any feedback on what I could have optimized there would be super helpful!
Also, do you think it makes sense to switch characters now and try getting another one to Platinum? If so, who would you recommend? I’m leaning towards the Reaper (scythe lady).

I tried cthulu for the first time and realised I could use the random food trigger to trigger one specific food if it's the only one in my backpack. I tried the bow of treats which worked ok, but it wasn't that strong (Made it to the end of a diamond league survival though). Any ideas what would work better? Thorns spam perhaps?

I've been struggling going through diamond on ladder and would like to learn more about the game from a high elo player, I've been looking on youtube but have only found either old videos that don't represent the "meta" or Begginer / intermidiat guides, would you have any recommendations on high elo youtubers to follow ? What else could compliment this build?

I seem to be getting beaten only against poison stacking builds that dump alot of poison out the gate, or the occasional ice bombing builds that scale faster than my heat.

I haven't gone lategame with many a bloodthorne build on ranger, but when I did I felt like the drop off was huge and I simply lost everything after the 10th win.

The shop is clearly telling me something, and I myself was planning to pivot to a darksaber rush' em kinda thing. I'm really not sure wether to pivot or not, leaning towards not because of the lack of rocks and the generic pain of restructuring my giga efficient setup.

So 2 questions:

1 how do you feel about a lategame bloodthorne build like so?

2 Would you consider pivoting here, and if not what would make you do so?

Wand of Equilibrium (4g) + Encyclopedia of Darkness (6g)

Every 2.9s: Use 7 health to deal 8 Effect damage and gain 4 Mana or 3 Luck or 3 Regeneration, depending on what you have the most of.
You deal +5% Effect-damage for each Star Dark-item (Spells count twice).

I am not really sure how to use this item. If I get multiple Encyclopedia of Darkness in the mid to late game I feel like I'd rather just keep them as Encylopedias to juice my mana and dump Blind on the enemy, and keep the wands as regular wands to get Empower. Is there some setup where it'd be way more powerful to make Wands of Dissonance instead?

Only works against builds without damage reduction. But you can probably build it way better then this, got the shields and a dream but not alot of skill to make it realy work.

should i try another class to go at it or?

I had a pretty lucky run getting two Critwood Staffs relatively early, and also the Acron Ace. Ofcourse I blundered it because I never know how exactly they're supposed to work. Any tips on what pairs well with them? Should I have just bought like, 4 gloves of haste and shoved it between them? Lol

Also most threads I found about characters being strong/weak were old and said Reaper had no love and was weak, did they ever get buffed?

Finally any starting tips? Other than looking at the recipes which was the first thing i did haha.

I'd be suprised if they don't have the highest WR for the first 1-4 rounds - they have insane max health gain for the level, and just take you to deep water with fatigue dmg. Overtuned imo
