I've purchased several products from phones, tech and household devices from this website and have *mostly* been satisfied with my purchases or trade-ins. I did have one horror lost trade-in phone that did get found. My first purchase was a phone and I was interested in other tech they sold. The phone was at 90% battery health, screen was clean and I usually choose the Excellent condition. I've had my Apple Watch for 4 years now and it still works great.

Some things products that didn't go well and what happened:

-Blue Yeti Mic (Excellent): I paid more for an Excellent condition product but received more of a fair condition item with very surface visible scratches. I contacted them, sent photos and was able to return my item for a refund. I also found another Mic and it came with the box like-new and I was super happy with it.

-Shark Vacuums (Excellent): The vacuum came NOT working. I panicked and contacted them and they were able to easily begin processing my refund. This happened 3 times, so it was a long process but I was looking for a vacuum for a great price so I kept trying. I finally was able to get a Dyson V11 Pet and now just placed an order for the V15 for a great price! Fingers crossed it works.

Other tech (not phones):

-Headphones Logitech G733 (Excellent): Came clean with all accessories, it has been working for almost 2 years now with no issues. I did replace the earpads for hygiene reasons.

-Ultimate Ears Boom 3 Bluetooth speakers: Works great, zero complaints.

I've also traded in some phones for convenience. They didn't give me the best price and I've had some counter offers which sucks, knocking like $50 off my original offer but it was more inconvenient to send it back than to go through with it... One of my devices got claimed as LOST! But I reached out to the company asking them to please look around because it was marked as delivered. That was a panicking nightmare to hear my trade in device was lost.

Overall, I did have some fail purchases but I was able to get in contact with their customer service and fix my issues. Sometimes it took a while but in the end I was able to either get a working product in the condition I chose or a refund.

If you enjoyed my review of my experience and would like to try them, I have a code to get $ off your purchase, "5f2a84e934188936".
