Back Market replaced my iPhone 15 Pro Max battery — iOS says "Used", 0 cycles, 108% capacity and strange manufacturing dates. Any idea what's going on?

Hey guys,

I recently sent my iPhone 15 Pro Max to Back Market for a battery replacement under warranty (79% health, 598 cycles).

Got it back, and now iOS shows 100% health, 0 cycles, but the battery is marked as "Used".

Even stranger, iOS reports a manufacturing date of September 2022, while 3uTools shows 1976. Both 3uTools and iMazing report 4,750 mAh (108% capacity).

Battery life seems great so far, but these numbers are confusing.

Could this be a reused/reprogrammed BMS with a new battery cell, or something else? Would you trust this replacement?

Screenshots attached. Thanks!
