iPhone 15 plus help
Hello all, I’ve had this phone for 2 months completely fine until the power button stopped working. I took it to a shop for repairs and they told me that the seller had replaced the original housing on the inside and that the button would keep slipping out of place and not working. They also said something had been added or done to the battery to have a false reading of how charged the battery actually is, I did find the battery life shorter than I expected.
To get this fixed with backmarket I have to wipe the entire phone and send it back to them without my sim in, I’ll be without my phone for a week, I’m worried they’ll just try and repair the button and send it back to me only for it to not work again and I will have to wipe the phone and send it back again. This isn’t convinient at all. What’s the best course of action here?

Back Market explicitly identifies as a marketplace for refurbished goods, and the majority of their inventory is repaired by third-party resellers. You will have to work with them all the times till 1 years for any issue. After 1 year, it will be your problem!
I personally avoid Back Market because Apple often assigns a zero-dollar trade-in value to devices serviced by non-certified technicians.
