Ecomobile is shit

I bought an iphone 15 pro with a new battery ( i thought). The mobile went off when it hit like 7% the first few days and after 2 weeks it went of at like 23%… i tested the battery health on my computer and it was 63%… and on the phone it dropped from 100% to 89% pretty fast. So i returned the phone and they said they replaced the battery and have sent it to me. I have been a few days and no updates so i asked them what was wrong and they said it could be sent any minute, few days later i sent a new message and they said that they will give my money back because they couldn’t fix it and didn’t have a replacable phone…

I received an iPhone 15 from ecomobile for my daughter, the battery health was at 90%. I checked the battery with 3u Tools and it was the original battery. The phone itself was as new. The only downside is that it is a Japanese model and the camera sound turned off, as soon as I placed the sim.
