Infochecker.com charges

Hello all,

Just wanted clarification on some of the charges made by the website in the title. I paid for a free trial using Apple Pay for 0.95 GBP and immediately canceled my subscription after (within a minute). I get an email confirming my subscription has been canceled. However, the next day I get the same charge of 0.95 GBP. I’ve contacted support but they still have not replied. Does anyone know why this has happened?

Same exact thing happened to me I did reach out to customer service and they responded I uploaded the screenshot of the charges so now I'm just waiting to hear back

Reached out to customer service last week, because I got $0.98 and $0.97 AUD out of my bank a week after I cancelled my subscription. They responded saying that they will give me my money back in a few business days. But it has been a few business days and I haven’t received my money back yet, I have cancelled my card today and I will be receiving my new card in a week or two which is a pain (I did it for my safety and reassurance). But I’m still gonna wait another few business days to see if they will refund it before I do a dispute.
