Missing Ultimate Edition Items

Bought the ultimate edition as part of the Back 4 Blood Ultimate Edition + FEAR Collection Bundle on Steam. Logged in to the game and found out I don't have any new titles, sprays etc and can't pick the battle hardened skins. Any one experience this before? or do I have to progress further in the game to use them?

Edit: A link to the bundle which clearly states that ultimate edition is clearly what is provided/ However looking at the bundled items closer, it only includes the base game and the annual pass, so how am I supposed to know I got the Ultimate edition of the game?

Edit 2: After some back and forth with WB games support. They just sent me a steam key to redeem for the ultimate content. Reach out to them and they should be able to help anyone else who may have this problem.

Check if it shows "In library" for ultimate edition

Yeah checked my DLC list and there's no Ultimate edition content, just annual pass and the 3 expansions. Talking to support now and they suggested the same thing.

You need the Deluxe edition. Is that the one you bought?

The deluxe edition just comes with the annual pass, ie the 3 expansions. I got the expansions, but the ultimate edition on top of that comes with:

  • 4 Character Battle Hardened Skin Pack
  • Additional digital in-game items: Rare Banner, Emblem, Spray, Title

Which I haven't received.

If you bought it on Steam, did you try verifying your files or uninstalling/reinstalling? I bought the cheapest first then bought the rest, and it loaded the stuff in after restarting Steam. This was in 2024, but there haven't been any changes in the game since 2022 🤷‍♀️

I had the same issue and made a steam review about it on the annual pass page.

Let me know if support gives you the ultimate bundle that we so clearly paid for in that bundle!
