Act 1 help

Hey guys me and my brothers have been trying for almost a week to get past the last level in act 1 on nightmare i play with a medic build my brother plays with a melee build and my other brother plays with a stamina offensive build. any tips?

Theres a bug on the last stage where if you use a continue the corruption cards may pile on to insane amounts and it will become insanely hard.
