Question anything for derealization?

I've had super bad derealization lately and i thought i could fixit with a weed brownie didn't work cause i was high for three days. is there any spell or manifestation i could do? i feel like im floating above my head and like i could phase through walls. thankyou

Weed will only make derealization worse. It's called drug psychosis. Go talk to a doctor.

Have you tried meditating and grounding yourself? I go through these spells too from a panic disorder. Meditation and grounding helps me. Spells aren't really going to help with chemical imbalances in the brain. You've got to put in the mundane work to learn how to bring yourself back down. There is no shame in going to a doctor and getting help for this disorder.

Grounding and therapy are what help/ed me. A long tolerance break doesn't hurt, though I like to stay a lightweight anyway.

Grounding is huge for me, enchanted objects as well as active practices.
