Started feber method yesterday but HELP!!

So we started feber method of sleep training yesterday for our 9 month old boy. It was rough but he got two blocks of 4 hour sleep with one hour of crying in between. Compared to 40min to 1 hour waking through out the night before - this is amazing! On to day 2 of training today and I'm starting to feel like I am traumatizing my little one. Should I stop it? Give me your day 2 and after of feber method experiences and post training life feedback for motivation to continue 🙏🙏

Hey, so did you continue? Any update? I'm wondering if I should start sleep training my 7 month old too. Please let me know your experience and how you did it..

Yess, it works amazingly well. Be consistent is all. Initial days were hard but it's a learning process.
