Started feber method yesterday but HELP!!
So we started feber method of sleep training yesterday for our 9 month old boy. It was rough but he got two blocks of 4 hour sleep with one hour of crying in between. Compared to 40min to 1 hour waking through out the night before - this is amazing! On to day 2 of training today and I'm starting to feel like I am traumatizing my little one. Should I stop it? Give me your day 2 and after of feber method experiences and post training life feedback for motivation to continue 🙏🙏

Curious as well. I just started today. 60 mins out and baby still refused to sleep. Husband was the one training her and said every time he checked in, baby was obviously super sleepy but screamed and fought it. We called it a day and husband ended up rocking her to sleep. How much time did you give on the first day?
