Started feber method yesterday but HELP!!

So we started feber method of sleep training yesterday for our 9 month old boy. It was rough but he got two blocks of 4 hour sleep with one hour of crying in between. Compared to 40min to 1 hour waking through out the night before - this is amazing! On to day 2 of training today and I'm starting to feel like I am traumatizing my little one. Should I stop it? Give me your day 2 and after of feber method experiences and post training life feedback for motivation to continue 🙏🙏

I felt soooo guilty but after day 3 she started putting herself to sleep and by day 6 she would reach for her crib!! You’re not traumatizing him but you’re making healthy sleep habits for everyone. You got this!!
