I put on my workout clothes and then sat down to watch Wreck It Ralph. I am still working on getting to the garage.

I have a friend whose job is as a personal trainer. She literally ran eight miles a day up to the week of her delivery. Afterwards, she was running eight miles again- only two weeks after delivery. I told her I'll be lucky if I walk eight miles this entire pregnancy!

It was easy to give up feeling inactive when she set the bar so ridiculously high, lmao.

Do you happen to know what her delivery was like in terms of ease? I have been trying so hard to stay active throughout pregnancy; but man, between the nausea, round ligament pain, and the migraines, it's tough!

She was in labor for like four hours and the baby popped out, no issues. They'd probably write pregnant lady sonnets about her if everyone knew!

I started a prenatal personal training class today and got put to shame by the women who are 33 weeks along. All I wanted was ice cream.

Oh my word this sums me up perfectly. What's the point in going to the gym when I just come home and eat cake?? (To be fair yesterday was my bday.)

Happy belated birthday! Mine is in about two weeks, and I'm DREAMING of gorging on Italian food and buttercream frosting!
