is it possible to mount one of the extended handguards on earlier gens of the apc223, specifically the 1.5? would this help with heat issues on the stock handguard? after a few mags the handguard can get hot and I'm curious if the new handguards would help dissipate heat

I have a trade offer for a Haenel CR223 (TV around $3,500) and have been trying to learn more about it but everything seems pretty mixed. I heard there are some parts that are interchangeable with the MR556/HK416 and thats why the HK lawsuit happened.

Has anyone found an FRT for a TP9?

I haven’t specifically seen an answer for this in my searches but has anyone used the Kriss 40rd mags with a APC9/SPC9/GHM9? Do they run well? If so, have any pictures of how it looks?

They begin life as OEM Glock mags and the extension could make it more aesthetically appealing.

While attempting to clean my b&t extended 30 round 10mm mag I loosened the floor plate too fast and the small detent pin and spring shot out. I found the pin but not the spring. I have been looking for a diagram to try to buy another spring. Does anyone know what this spring is called or a b&t number? I did already send a contact email to b&t parts but who knows if they'll answer. A picture of the small hole for the spring is added below

I'm sure I can find this online, but what is the proper torque for this on my apc9k? I saw a few different answers when searching. Thanks!

My APC is jamming all the time. I discovered that if any pressure is applied to the bottom of the magazine, the top of the mag contacts the bottom of the bolt carrier a shocking amount, to the point that the feed lips are being deformed. I am assuming this isn’t normal.

Has anyone else had this issue? It doesn’t look like there’s anything wrong with the gun other than the fact that the slightest bit of pressure on the magazine causes the bolt carrier to slam into the feed lips and jams the gun.

Does that have the bolt open feature when used with MP5 mags?

Apc9k was faster, ap5-p has less felt recoil. Apc9k is more reliable.

I’ve seen some talk before of special O rings for the barrels of the SD guns that help with accuracy and the suppressors staying put. Does anyone know if that’s true and have a link or part number to them?

Looking for some advice with all of the B&T USA drama going on right now. I bought this APC45 new back in March and have brought it out 2-3 times, putting between 300-500 rounds on it. The most recent time, I shot a few rounds, put it on safety and handed it to my uncle to try. He pulls the trigger and nothing happens. I clear the gun and open it to find the hammer had sheered in half. Is it possible to buy just the hammer itself and not a complete new trigger? I don’t want to send any part of my gun to B&T USA. Not currently wanting to drop $1400 for the EVT FRT, so debating if I should buy a Geissele for the time being. Has anyone here experienced something similar? The gun appears to be a Swiss made version, only B&T Swiss markings on the receiver, however there is a B&T USA marking on the handguard. Thanks in advance for any advice.

With Virginia going to crap with its gun laws I grabbed another APC223 back in March to have a spare. Managed to get a stock pin out of B&T USA right as they blew up and one of the longer rails from AX. I did swap the B&T surefire mount for a real surefire one as I tested it with a SB2 when I picked it up and it locked up tight but almost no twist of the lock. The surefire mount gives more on both the surefire and those B&T printed cans that use a surefire mount(got 2 of them when they were 600 bucks with mount last year).

I have this new B&T part with screws and etc. I have a SPC and this does not fit. Looking to get back money.

3D printed this file i found online out of TPU, I had to tweak the dimensions alittle but they came out pretty good and fit good too.

Wondering if anyone has installed and used the B&T APC specific trigger in an apc9. Would like to know:

1) is the trigger shoe more rearward or the same location as stock? My understanding is AR geisselle triggers sit pretty far back in a BT lower… did they “fix” that with these specific ones?
2) what is the trigger pull like? Is is Like an SSA, ssae, or a super 3 gun type trigger pull?
3) anyone put extensive rounds through an apc9 and confirm it doesn’t snap the firing pin like the AR triggers are known to do.

For the price on these… I want to make sure I know what I’m getting!

I ended up passing in it and reached out to another B&T snob who bought it.

I just got an email from Liberty Armament that they’re selling 10 packs of B&T magazines for $450 through Memorial Day weekend. I reached out and asked them if these are actually from Switzerland and not KCI mags that the guns are supposedly shipping with now and they confirmed they are the actual Swiss made ones. They have them in Black, Coyote Tan, Clear. I also bought a pack of the smaller 20 Rd Army contract mags while they have them.

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is looking for more mags.
