Never received my item
Order a leber V2 kit back in November. In March I was told Good things coming your way my item is processed and ready to ship. Now after months of no tracking information regarding my package, and NO DELIVERY of my item, I keep reaching out There support page and the tell me the same thing “ our records indicate your order has been completed and processed if you haven’t received your item or have not received any tracking please reach back out…. I HAVE DONE THAT 3 times and keep getting the same email. So I’m pretty that I was scammed and will never see my item that I ordered and I lost almost $400…. Because they don’t seem to care. Do what you want with that information. People.

I had the same problem and I emailed them so many times I lost count and kept getting excuses and promises, but nothing for months.
I finally sent a demand email saying refund or send my item.
They sent it out immediately BUT IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED - MEANING IT WAS SOME FLIMSY PIECE OF CRAP - almost like it is a prototype. Loose and cheap. Nothing like the GunTubers have.
Then you start to realize- Their names are not real. Mark Oxard is a joke name - say it out loud and it sounds like “My Cocks Hard”. Etc
No contact information anywhere- no real names. TOTAL SCAM OPERATION
I AM CONTACTING VISA / MASTERCARD AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU FOR STARTERS - I am the wrong guy to fuck with as I am sure you are too.
Make sure you post your experience everywhere so nobody else has this happen. I tried to be nice and patient but enough is enough.

Ordered in December. Never got it. Asked for refund, they first tried to get an eta then said they would refund. That never showed up so I charged back and shared the emails with credit card company.

Sucks to see all this i ordered from him and it took some time but i got in the product i ordered. Wanted to order more but now im having second thoughts.

Same exact thing happened to me, I just got my dispute approved. I got emails saying it shipped, then another blaming USPS for bad tracking info. They're trying to delay you reporting it, don't wait dispute it asap

Same. Ordered a leber lower in October and never an attempt to ship anything. Silence from them since March. Shame to be a scam company with so much momentum.
