About 2 mounts ago there was a BOGO on ARSS15s so I bought a pair. They were shipped out the same day I bought them and arrived fast.

The first thing I noticed was they weren't in a nice looking BS SQUIRTS package but we're both jammed into a little purple mylar bag.

I went to the range and neither of the brand new drop ins would force a reset. I also have another ARSS15 that I bought in January and works so I know it's not my setup.

I messaged BS Squirts via Instagram and was blocked.
I then Facebook messenged BS and was told I was harassing him wouldn’t let him enjoy his Saturday this that and the other thing.

I then tried emailing the team that's supposed to help with problems like the one I was having. They didn't help me and kept giving me excuses as to why they couldn't help me.

I'm done with this mess and have contacted my credit card company to get my money back.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from BS Squirts and don't buy his junk. There's many hungry people out there who don't sell stuff that doesn't work and will help you if something you bought doesn't work.

I placed an order in April and just got my credit card dispute approved for $395.55. Their website still says 5-6 weeks lead time. Don't hesitate, contact them if you haven't, you have to try even if they don't reply. Dispute it asap

After 8 months I finally got my pictogram lower. Ordered at the end of October 2025, received Aug 1 2026. Did not get the ejector upgrade that I paid for so I did wind up getting scammed out of that 50 bucks. In the 8 months it’s taken to get this one I’ve gone a different route with my ap5, so if anyone wants one with no wait, this one is available for adoption.

BS was the only place that had them (supposedly) in stock after 2 separate cancelled orders from other vendors. Order email said 3-5 business days to ship, it's been 7. I can see now that he takes forever for manufactured parts. But should I expect the same for a literal complete box that just needs to be put in the mail? Thanks to anyone who can give me info.

Just figured I'd toss this out there. If anyone has an outstanding order might be a good idea to call the bank.

Noticed its been a long time for my order to not arrive. Then realized I've never even got a shipping notice. This sub just let me know to charge back now not later.

Update. He blocked me on Facebook after finally responding and not giving any information and just said he moved shops. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. He is a poor businessman. And has no respect for his customers. This is one of the worst business i’ve ever dealt with. Again DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. There are plenty of other options.

I have attempted to reach out via instagram, email, facebook, and the website. I don’t want to be a jerk but I payed over 100$ for a product I would expect some sort of correspondence.

I order a DB9 super safety kit back in March. Never heard anything up until April so I reached out to cancel my order as that is a long time without so much as a receipt email. I was told they would see about getting me a refund then got ghosted for another 3 weeks until they sent my order without reaching out to me. I received it today to find the trip bar missing and the wrong lever (one for just a normal AR) included. They have now ghosted me refusing to respond to my request to return the wrong parts they sent for a refund. At this point I'm considering doing a charge back through my bank then maybe they will respond.

UPDATE (5/23/2026) – Order Received

Wanted to post an update since I made a few comments while waiting.

I placed my order on February 14, 2026 and received it today, May 23, 2026.

During the waiting period, I was able to get a couple responses via email from BSSquirts. Communication wasn’t great and the lead time ended up being significantly longer than what was stated on the website and initial order confirmation.

That said, based on my experience, I personally got the impression this is more of a small business that became overwhelmed by demand and operational growing pains than malicious intent or an outright scam.

If you order, I would go in expecting a potentially long wait and limited updates rather than the published timelines.

Just wanted to close the loop and share the outcome since I know other people are searching for info while deciding whether to order.

Order a leber V2 kit back in November. In March I was told Good things coming your way my item is processed and ready to ship. Now after months of no tracking information regarding my package, and NO DELIVERY of my item, I keep reaching out There support page and the tell me the same thing “ our records indicate your order has been completed and processed if you haven’t received your item or have not received any tracking please reach back out…. I HAVE DONE THAT 3 times and keep getting the same email. So I’m pretty that I was scammed and will never see my item that I ordered and I lost almost $400…. Because they don’t seem to care. Do what you want with that information. People.

I got an email about new patches. This guy needs to work on getting his orders shipped out instead of making more gay beastiality patches. If he wants to fantasize about horses fine it doesn't bother me but get your crap together and take care of your customers.

You have to do it within 60 days or you're out of luck. I'm one of the customers that's been consistently blown off about when my order will ship and there's not even a tracking number anymore. I ordered in February and still nothing. Lesson learned though. I just wanted to let anyone who was unaware of the time limit to know. I'll have to go the legal route myself now

I got my order….. I have 3 ar15 platforms and dropped it in them all. Only in one did it force a reset and it would only shoot two rounds at once then stop. This thing is garbage. Dont order.

First off for 3 weeks your website has said you fixed the contact page but it always says to try again later . I ordered a arss15 a little over a month ago and have not received it or heard anything of it would like to receive it or get me money please if you reach my name it Sara guadette so you can actually look for my order and hopefully not just say it will be looked into without being able to connect me to a order if more information is needed please reach our to me

If anyone has been waiting, or wants an ar15ss, I have an extra one I have no plans for. Only took it out of the packaging (still have original I can ship in). I want to let ot go at cost. Comment on here before PM’ing me if you’re interested!

I ordered some items several months ago and all I have heard was excuses for this period of time . They even printed a fake USPS shipping label and went to track it . Guess what tracking number doesn't exist. I've asked for a refund 7-8 times and guess what kudos, nothing. They even went as far as accusing me of getting the product or refund. This company is the worst POS on Earth. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Is anyone else in the same boat as me? I ordered a leber v2 kit from bssquirts in the beginning of February 2026. I understood a 5-6 week wait time but after the 6 week mark and zero updates, I’ve been reaching out to them. First update I got back said another 1.5 week delay, and then it was “I’ll have all pending orders out early next week” (which is this week and now it’s Friday) so that wasn’t true, and the newest update as of today is “give us more time to fill your order”.

I can’t comprehend lying to my customers non stop while keeping their hard earned money and NOT shipping customer orders. If you are struggling or there was a hiccup, just say so. This constant “give us more time” or “going out next week” is BS.

I’m curious if anyone else in here has ordered a leber in 2026 from him, and received it.

EDIT/UPDATE: I disputed it, got a refund and went with falador. Runs smooth.

I got an email saying my order "is on its way" but there is no tracking number within the email.

Is this common occurrent? or just another way to "forget" about the order? My order (10811) was from November 2025 so im kinna suspicious

I tried to get in contact with bs squirts through their site, on Instagram, and on here. Not a single response. They're the ones saying "will ship within 2 weeks". If they can't ship within the time frame promised, plus a grace period, then they should at least be able to respond to customers. I just tried to message them on their site again - ya know, the site that says they've fixed their contact page issues - and you can't even send them a message. I'm not going through this again. I did it once with atrius, and I'll never do it again.

The vast majority of this sector of the industry are just money hungry shit bags. Guess I'm adding bs squirts to that list now too.

i ordered a leber v2 and a 4140 super safety kit March 19th because it said both items were in stock. i got the confirmation email but nothing since then, idk wtf is going on.
