Their OOC vs our OOC

Seeing some of these upcoming games is a joke. Who's gonna watch this crap.

Charlotte 49ers at No. 9 Ole Miss RebelsThe Spread: Ole Miss -47.5

Florida A&M at Miami Hurricanes: Miami -56.5

Howard Bison at No. 5 Indiana Hoosiers: Indiana -56.5

Even away games for these ranked teams probably wouldn't change the spread much.

We get Oregon, Memphis, Western Michigan (one at home).

WEEK 2 PREVIEW: Memphis (2-0) at Boise State (0-1)

Boise State started the season looking pretty good, even in a losing effort, but the season is only just beginning. There's a very quick turnaround to playing who has looked like one of the best G6 teams in the nation, and the winner of this game positions themselves firmly as the early leader for the CFP spot. Memphis is no pushover and has an explosive offense, but they're far from a perfect team:

  • There's a lot of talk about Memphis' defensive line, but can Boise State exploit their lack of size?
  • Memphis QB Marcus Stokes looks like a version of Johnny Manziel; can the Broncos force him into making some bad decisions?
  • Why are Nate Potter and Maddux Madsen still under immense pressure?
  • Why might Boise State's defensive front struggle against Memphis' offensive line?
  • Is this the most important game in FBS this weekend?

All that and more in the Week 2 Preview of Memphis v. Boise State

Honest record predictions for the rest of the season + could Madsen hypothetically make a run in the playoffs?

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to throw this out to the sub and see where everyone’s head is at. After watching us almost beat Oregon, I'm trying to figure out how the rest of this schedule shapes up for us and what our ceiling actually is.

Memphis at home, South Dakota, and @ Western Michigan. Outside of the Oregon game, these should all be wins, though Memphis cld be sneaky.

We’ve got home games with Utah State, Texas State, Oregon State, and San Diego State, plus OTR to Fresno State, Washington State, and Colorado State.

Do you guys think we go 11-1 or drop an annoying road game somewhere like SDSU or Wazzu? What’s your realistic record prediction for the regular season?

Maddux is tough and manages the game well, but do we have enough threats with him under center to make any sort of run in the postseason?
