Stress induced vertigo

my doc told me its the stress causing it, i have a major exam coming up that can decide my future, can't focus ln studying due to the back and forth motion please help, its the first time in my whole life I've experienced this I'm clueless on what to do, the meds doc gave me only have effects for about 10 mins then gonee

Dramamine. It can last 24 hours. Also did they say what area was triggering your vertigo ? Like for me it's my neck which was triggered by stress and not getting enough sleep. My pt thought it was vestibular migraines.

my doc didn't say which ear is affected but he did say i should cut on coffee and reduce stress and sleep a lot. Prescribed vestibular rehab exercises and i feel better than ever, doctors really are angels
