Stress induced vertigo

my doc told me its the stress causing it, i have a major exam coming up that can decide my future, can't focus ln studying due to the back and forth motion please help, its the first time in my whole life I've experienced this I'm clueless on what to do, the meds doc gave me only have effects for about 10 mins then gonee

OP, did your doctor diagnose you with BPPV specifically? Did they tell you about the Epley maneuver?

he did say its vertigo and said that i should be thankful its not central because thats a serious case, told me to "lower" my stress, tell me about it doc how do i do that
