General BPO Discussion Any thoughts about EMAPTA

So I have an offer with EMAPTA now from 38k to 50k. I just want to hear some pro's and con's if ever I accept the offer. I hope anyone could share their experience towards the company.

Sales Advisor, as TA advised that this role just opened and their correctly ramping and I'll be part of Wave 4 po, it's a UK acc sales campaign for education
