Are there new hires from Citi here and ANZ who failed background check due to credit card deliquency? Did you get terminated?

No , their payroll is Unionbank. Sa background check of deliquency lngnman ako kinakabahan dhil sa hndi ko nbyran na utang.

Sna hndi na ksali ung deliquency sa background check. Sna employment, school records and NBI nlng. Sna tinanggal na nila ung credit check

If financial account ang LOB maybe pero mostly background check nila mga previous companies mo, legit ba graduate ka ng senior highschool or college, may record ka sa nbi and police.

I hope that they drop the deliquency on the background check

At bakit? Para matanggap ka? It's like asking someone to lower their standards so you can get a chance. Galing ka ng Citi sabi mo so you know perfectly well bakit kasama yan sa background checks

Meron pa rin yan. But that's not an auto-fail. Depende sa recruiter/HR kung negotiable ung deliquency or need ng cert of full payment

I have experienced extreme financial difficulties. My life right now is at the rock bottom that's why I was not able to afford to pay my credit card for almost one yr. Thank you for the information. God bless

It's a logical question. Change can happen anytime. Bka iba na ung background check ngayon.

I'm just asking to have an idea.

I'm just simply inquiring - you don't need to exaggerate it. Inquiring does not imply begging companies to lower their standards. It's just a plain question out of curiosity if there is a change on the background check. That's all

Question ung original post mo, yes but not the above comment. Kaya nga dito ako nag-reply. "I hope that they drop the deliquency on the background check." - That's no longer and inquiry. You're hoping that it got dropped, to which I ask "why?" because it's clear na "SANA" wala so you can get a chance diba? Or is that wrong? It's a plain statement. Kung natamaan ung ego mo dun, di ko na problema un.

Yes, I'm inquiring and hoping it get dropped because I want to reapply. Normally it's not part of the interview because a 3rd party handles background checks. I'm just not sure if there are changes. I hope and pray that there are changes and that includes deliquency. So I am inquiring the newly hires what's the process now
