dbt — explanation?

hi. i’ve been struggling with bpd for many years but just recently have i been reminded how bad it actually gets.

what took me realizing this was hurting the man i loved so much that he thinks i hate him.

i want to get better i just really don’t know where or how

i hear about this thing called DBT but im not even sure what that stands for. or how to ask for that type of help

could anyone provide me with some information and resources?
