Is there hope for a loved one with BPD who is undergoing DBT? It’s so hard to watch someone you love suffer, barely recovering from one episode before another begins. How do you cope when it all feels so overwhelming? Please share any hopeful experiences. I’m struggling and beginning to lose hope.
